This is because she truly cares about you and your individualized experience and goal. She was always on the go busy when I would see her about but somehow can make it feel like time stops just for you in the moment and in the session you share with her even though you know she has someone straight after you. I've seen her at the gym for years and never knew what she did exactly behind the scenes.a hidden little gem. I bumped into her off chance and showed interest in the program, she swapped info with me and got me in to show me the ropes and boy did she. I really hope she gets the recognition she deserves there, because Lifetime is really lucky to have her talent. Quite disappointing.Gale heads the Pilates program at Lifetime. Unfortunate that Lenexa has such nice facilities (Community Center and Rec Center) and people chose to go and play somewhere else (Shawnee, Roeland Park, Olathe, etc.) due to bad or inexistent programs. Ping pong only table is at a location (main lobby) that deters any good player from using it and (again) no organized system for its use, hit and miss if children will be playing there. End result is that the courts are empty most of the time or used almost exclusively for pickleball or shooting hoops. Too expensive daily passes (about $10) deter non members from going there for sports, there is no organization (levels) for volleyball or basketball. But the worst is that their fee system does not work well to have sports in the main gym (volleyball, basketball or even pickle ball) as they require membership or a full day pass, at a non competitive price. They have a huge gym in the second floor with ample space that is totally misused with only two volley/basket courts (they could fit at least 4 volleyball courts in that space). THe pickleball courts downstairs that are available for non members with a reasonable fee, are very congested and with too low roof, not suitable for good players. Modern facility but with some serious errors in the design and concept. Currently if you go to the basketball courts at Lenexa Rec Center, it reminds one of a superspreader event. Many gyms dont allow pickup at all, like the KU Med Kirmayer gym. I think ideally the rule should be to allow 3 on 3 half court, but mandatory masks on and off the court, until summer time when vaccinations will have reached a much greater portion of the population, then re-evaluate. Im fine with allowing half court basketball at limited capacity - BUT I think everyone should wear a mask while playing and while on the sideline. Those teenagers have personal responsibility too and they are not following through. As we ramp up vaccination, I hope situations like this dont contribute to a resurgence of COVID. Despite reminders from staff to wear masks, the sideline players, mostly teenagers, refuse to comply. While 4 on 4 half court basketball is currently allowed without a mask, a mask is required if players are standing on the sideline. However, they do have trouble enforcing the masking policy on the basketball court. I am always telling people I meet about it-and will continue to.Įxcellent facility. I do make sure I leave my child with the individuals I feel the safest with and take an active role in ensuring her safety. This is a great place to be a member. They also get to know you and your child. It was handled very professionally-I was amazed.Although I have had some trepidation with using Kid Zone, I am amazed with some of the staff who have gently taught me how to let my child go-it was very hard for me, a new mom. They allowed us to stop our membership without any repercussions and gave us time hacks within which to make decisions about staying or leaving for the time being. They communicated with us quickly and did not charge us. Love it!!I was most impressed with how they handled the COVID situation. Excellent facility-the employees are fantastic! Always ready with a friendly greeting, and they try to get to know you-it gives it a small town feel.I love the classes and the way that the organization makes it easy during COVID to access the amenities within own comfort zone-I can use a spin bike outside the classroom at any time.

Some mountain passes bear the name Zulfiqar because the Prophet Muhammad is said to have used the sword to carve them. The sword is said to have similar powers to Excalibur (extra strength, an extraordinarily sharp edge, and divine light), though only when wielded by a devout Muslim warrior, and in fact, it was given to the Prophet as a weapon to defend the Islamic faithful. Ali had struck both the helmet and shield of Talhah ibn Abi Talhah al-Abdari, the best warrior from Mecca during the Battle of Uhud, breaking his own weapon in the process. There are other stories about Gramr, but this is the most well-known one. Sigurd found Fafnir and slew him with a single thrust. Anyone familiar with Tolkien’s work will see where the inspiration for The Hobbit came from (although of course Bilbo was not asked to kill Smaug). During this time, Regin told Sigurd about the dragon Fafnir and asked him to slay the dragon to retrieve its treasure. A dwarven smith/warrior named Regin came to stay with Sigurd to train him. Signy kept the two pieces of the legendary sword and passed them down to her son Sigurd, who became a renowned figure in his own right. Sigmund used the sword in several battles until it was broken in two. The king wished for the sword, but Sigmund refused to part with it because it was a gift from Odin. All the guests tried and failed to remove the sword, all save Sigmund. He declared that anyone who could remove the blade would find no better weapon in all his days. At his sister Signy’s wedding, Odin appeared as he was wont to do and thrust a sword, Gramr, into a tree. The Volsunga Saga of Icelandic lore tells of a warrior named Sigmund. We also have an integrated graphics CPU gaming benchmark ranking so you can see how AMD's APUs stack up to Intel's processors. We also include a productivity application performance metric, which we've split up into single- and multi-threaded measurements. We'll explain how we ranked the processors under each table. We'll also add results from the Threadripper Pro family to our rankings when we update with the new CPU benchmarks. Intel was basically muscled out of the HEDT market by AMD's Threadripper, but its new lineup of Xeon W processors straddle the line between HEDT and workstation markets. We are currently testing Intel's mighty Xeon W9-3945X, which comes with 56 cores and 112 threads, marking Intel's first competitive workstation chip in quite some time. The Core i3-13100F provides solid performance in gaming for its price point, but you should avoid the non-F Core i3-13100 and pick the Ryinstead. On the lower end of the spectrum, we also recently tested the $110 Core i3-13100F, which is also available with graphics as the $150 Core i3-13100. Overall, the 13900KS' small performance gains don't make sense for the average user. Overall, the 13900KS is among the fastest desktop PC chip ever made, but it has a $699 price tag and a voracious appetite for power that requires expensive supporting componentry to deliver a single-digit percentage CPU benchmark improvement over the standard Core i9-13900K. That chip faces off with the Intel Core i9-13900KS, which has a record 6 GHz clock rate. We also recently reviewed the Ryzen 9 7900X3D which has the same tech, but its pricing is too high. For ultra-high-end gaming-focused rigs, the $699 Ryzen 9 7950X3D is the uncontested leader with 16 cores and 32 threads that are just as adept at cutting through the heaviest productivity workloads as they are at blasting through the latest game titles. However, for gaming, AMD's 3D V-Cache tech is the uncontested leader. This eight-core 16-thread chip uses AMD's 3D V-Cache technology to accelerate gaming performance, but the tech doesn't accelerate all games and results in reduced performance in some applications. The $449 Ryzen 7 7800X3D is now the fastest gaming chip money can buy. That said, it's the best gaming-per-dollar CPU we've ever benchmarked, so check the review for the particulars. However, as with all of AMD's gaming-specialized X3D parts, the chip comes with lower performance in productivity apps, which is exacerbated by its older Zen 3 architecture. The 7600X3D is the CPU to get for AM4 upgraders, or if you're shopping for a powerful budget gaming rig. Only Micro Center has this chip, and it is selling in its stores only, marking the only truly exclusive CPU launch we've seen in recent memory. We have a new entry - the AMD Ryzen 5 5600X3D. We've listed the best cheap CPUs and best CPUs for workstations and even refereed the Intel vs AMD feature debate in other articles, but if you want to know the CPU rankings and how you can run CPU benchmarks of your own, this CPU benchmarks hierarchy is for you. CPU benchmark comparisons help us sort out the differences between chips, but you'll find a dizzying collection of model numbers and specs from both Intel and AMD. Your CPU is considered a computer's most important component. We have benchmarked CPUs for over 25 years, so we've preserved many of our legacy historical CPU rankings on the second page of this article. Below the CPU ranking charts and tables, this guide also gives you a basic introduction to CPU benchmarks and includes a list of commonly-used CPU benchmarks. Our CPU benchmarks performance hierarchy ranks current and previous-gen Intel and AMD processors based on performance, including all of the best CPUs for Gaming. 22-10925) after finding that a motion to this effect was "in the best interests of the debtors, their estates, their creditors, and all parties in interest". Through amended lease agreements, SAS said it had achieved annual cost savings exceeding SEK1 billion (USD96 million), savings which will be reflected in the company’s financial results after it emerges from Chapter 11.Ī hearing for the approval of the equity financing at the Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York has been set for the morning of April 19, and any objections to the motion must be expressed no later than 1600L (2000Z) on April 12, according to a separate legal notice issued on April 5. The airline said that it had concluded talks with lessors in January, having reached agreements with 15 of them representing 59 aircraft. Under the updated projections, the level of liquidity for 2023 “is expected to significantly exceed” the previously expected 15%. It expects revenues to return to pre-pandemic levels in the year ending December 31, 2024, and reach about SEK58 billion (USD5.56 billion) in 2026, higher than the SEK49 billion (USD4.7 billion) envisaged for that year last September. SAS also revealed renewed financial projections. As for existing shareholders - SAS’s biggest owners are the Swedish and Danish governments, holding a 21.8% stake each - given that they are lower in priority of payment in relation to creditors, there will be nothing or very little of value left for them, it said. However, given that it faces around SEK20 billion (USD1.92 billion) in claims, combined with the need for substantial new equity capital, SAS said it “expects that there will be only modest recovery for general unsecured creditors and little or no recovery for subordinated unsecured creditors” on emergence from Chapter 11. Now, however, it says that the final amount raised “will depend on the competitive equity raise process along with the company’s ongoing ability to generate additional liquidity.” Flight operations will continue as usual throughout the process, it added. SAS said in late May 2022 that it needed a new capital injection of SEK9.5 billion kronor (USD911 million). The embattled carrier said on April 6 that it had initiated “a process to solicit equity investment in the reorganised SAS” as part of the Chapter 11 proceedings, whereby “potential investors can place bids to take a lead position or be paired with other investors in acquiring equity interests” of the airline. SAS Scandinavian Airlines (SK, Copenhagen Kastrup) has triggered an attempt to raise equity financing while admitting that there will be little recompense for the debts incurred to existing creditors when it emerges from its Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings in the United States. Some teams can define it in terms of timing – when all requirements and tasks are signed off as complete. In IT and software development, project handover might be when members of the project team are no longer involved in the project and you’ve transferred it to another company or a client. In construction, it can be the completion of a building or the end of the first year’s warranty period of the building. Types of project handoverĪlthough the overarching definition is that project handover is the transition of information and responsibility from one to another, project handover may refer to different schemes in different industries and situations. Here’s an example: projects that deliver a technical solution, but don’t work as intended, are a failure because they simply don’t work for the end users. A good project handover is when it does what you all agreed it would, and the client gets what they’ve paid for. Moreover, if we view projects from the point of view of benefits delivery, handover is only the start, not the end. Make sure the project management plan gives all the answers by outlining everyone’s responsibilities and aligning everyone’s efforts to a common goal. You should also get clear on what is being handed over – ownership, operational responsibility, management, continuity, knowledge, benefits realization or anything else. The crucial part is to agree – in advance – how your team and partners understand project handover and when the project is considered to be done. A lack of certainty around the definition can be detrimental to the project’s success. However, you should spend time clarifying what this definition means in your particular context.īe careful. Hence the description of project handover as transition from design to use.Īt first sight, this may sound simple enough. It marks the completion of delivery and the start of the closure stage of your project.īasically, the project goes from the Project Manager to the Operational Manager (sometimes referred to as an Integration Manager). Project handover is the point in the project management lifecycle when the completed tasks are being transferred to the deliverable owner. In this comprehensive guide, you’ll dive deep into the concept of project handover, learn about the types, stages, and essentials of it, discover the best practices, and get a checklist to use for your next project. Overseeing this process in a professional manner is an absolute must. In project management, complicated processes can get out of control and turn into a mess that’s why project handover is a big milestone in your diary and requires your full attention.įrom early planning all the way through to handover and closeout, project managers have to deal with a lot of documentation (and quite rightly so). You take the time to prepare for the handover, do it properly, and ensure successful completion. You don’t pass the project on to another manager or a client and wish them good luck.
